Understanding Chromatic Orb Mechanics
In Path of Exile, the chance to roll a specific socket color using a Chromatic Orb is heavily weighted by the item's attribute requirements. Red sockets are associated with Strength, Green with Dexterity, and Blue with Intelligence.
The Vorici Bench Formulas
Off-colors (e.g., getting blue sockets on a pure strength item) become exponentially harder as the stat requirement of the base item increases.
